Q. What happens if I sign up to advertise a job, and I fill the position before my listing period expires? Will I get a percentage of my money back?
A. Sorry, but we cannot issue partial refunds. We will continue displaying your job listing in public for the paid period, but if you want to take it down you are advised to email your request to jobs@abc-mallorca.com.
Q. What happens if I post my advert, and then want to change it?
A. You can login with company email and password, edit it and then save. Changes will be visible straight away.
Q. If I sign up for an ‘Enterprise’ job package with the Highlighted Job Post, will all of my jobs be highlighted, or just one?
A. All of your featured job listings will appear in rotation, to give maximum exposure.
Q. Can I link my company to my LinkedIn profile? If so, how?
A. Yes, in the field where you input your website, you have the option of entering your LinkedIn profile URL, instead of a web address.
Q. What do I do if I require technical help?
A. Send us an email at: jobs@abc-mallorca.com, describing the problem, and we will endeavour to reply back within 24 hours.
Q. I want my job listing to appear in more than one language. Do I have to supply it in my chosen languages, or do you take care of this?
A. In the Job Description field you can input text in all the languages you want, one after another.
Q. Is there a limit to how long my job listing can be?
A. No, the Job Description field has no limit.
Q. Through which channel will applicants apply for my job?
A. Applicants apply directly through our website and you will receive an email notifying you of a new job application. If you would prefer for applicants to apply through a form on your own website, simply enter the URL in the External ‘Apply for Job’ Link.
