As we onboard exciting new brands into our portfolio, we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Field Sales Agent to be the face of our agency on the ground in Mallorca.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an ambitious, resilient, and relationship-driven Field Sales Agent to spearhead our door-to-door (salon-to-salon) B2B sales efforts. Initially focusing on salons in and around Palma, your primary mission will be to introduce our brand portfolio to salon owners, strike up genuine relationships, and drive distribution. As you successfully develop the territory, scaling our footprint outside of Palma and across the island will become a key strategic objective.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Door-to-Door B2B Sales: Conduct daily in-person visits to salons, spas, and beauty centers in the Palma area to introduce and pitch our brands.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based connections with salon owners and decision-makers, moving beyond transactional sales to become a preferred partner.
- Product & Pricing Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product lines. Effectively communicate salon wholesale pricing structure vs. recommended retail pricing (RRP) to maximize salon profitability.
- Brand Adaptability: Quickly learn, adapt to, and passionately pitch new brands as they are onboarded to The Parea’s portfolio.
- CRM Diligence: Maintain meticulous records. Every single store visit and interaction must be registered in our CRM, detailing the state of customer relations and noting the competing brands the salon currently stocks.
- Territory Scaling: Meet and exceed local targets to lay the groundwork for expanding sales operations outside of Palma.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Proficiency in German is highly advantageous given the international demographic of Mallorca’s salon owners.
- Proven Sales Experience: Experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or B2B sales is highly preferred. Experience within the beauty, hair, or cosmetics industry is a massive plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing mobile CRM tools on the go to log data accurately and in real-time.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. You view a commission-based structure as an uncapped earning opportunity.
- Mobility: Based in or near Palma with a reliable means of transportation to effectively cover the territory.
