International yacht refit company looking for a Palma-based Back Office Admin & Sales Team Member.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
daily proactive account and lead management (taking care of existing as well as new clients);
comprehensive database management;
ongoing sales support (liaising with sales manager and sales reps);
business development (e.g. sourcing new leads and promoting the products and services to new clients on a daily basis as well as at events and trade shows, if required);
product design (e.g. content marketing, proofreading, newsletter, etc.);
other administrative tasks as required
The ideal candidate will:
preferably live in or around Palma de Mallorca; but not esential
be independent, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, reliable and efficient;
have strong communication and “people” skills
have a business-oriented mindset and a talent for negotiation; must have sales call experience.
speak fluent English a must: (Spanish and any other languages are an added plus);
be able and willing to occasionally travel within the EU and to the US (Florida), if required
flexible working hours and home office (100% remote position);
fixed salary+commission (depending on experience);
freelance contract (e.g. self-employed) for the first few months, with a possibility of a fixed contract later on;
