We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the abcMallorca Digital Media team at our offices in Palma de Mallorca.
This is a dynamic role that will support the owner of the organisation, Dr Helen Cummins in her day-to-day running of the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating and scheduling meetings and follow-ups. It’s important to have a good understanding of business, media and marketing and experience in these sectors is certainly an advantage. It is a fast-paced role that will require thinking on your feet, multitasking and taking initiative. Knowledge of English, Spanish and German is required with the ability to write and speak at a very high level.
