We are looking for passionate Sales and Marketing Manager with interest in holistic wellbeing practices to join our team at Cal Reiet Holistic Retreat. You are going to work closely with the owners and the management of Cal Reiet, playing key role in developing the brand perception further.
Your tasks will include:
Management of the group reservations (enquiries, pricing, planning, contracting)- developing and growing existing client accounts and generating new business to ensure maximizing Rooms and F&B revenues
Monitoring sales activities/performance to ensure revenue goals meet the established expectations
Develop statistics and reports needed for accurate revenue management
Create proposals for sales actions
Publishing blog articles
Creation of contents for blog
Design and sending the newsletter once per month
Development of the holistic concept and brand perception
Advertising management in online and offline platforms
Monitoring of the marketing costs
We are looking for highly pro active person, with initiative and lots of self discipline, great organisational skills and responsibility, with positive attitude and kind manners, with excellent writing skills in English and Spanish, highly adaptable to changing environment, with solution oriented focus (rather than problem reporting attitude) and with ability to manage yourself in challenging situations.
We are looking for somebody who is going to be part of the team for a long time (abstain candidates looking for a seasonal job opportunity).
