Second – lead cook position
Cal Reiet is a luxury boutique hotel that offers holistic retreats and personalized wellness program for guests. We are located in Santanyi, Mallorca, our season begins March 2018-December 2018, our concept is showcasing healthy lifestyle strategies while enjoying the amenities of 5-star service and quality. We are unique in what we do, we pride ourselves on the excellent guest experience we deliver, our culinary candidates must show up with the passion and collective experience to our team.
+Must have a large experience with vegetarian/vegan cuisine.
+Must be a leader with a minimum of 5 years kitchen leadership experience. Practicing and implementing industry sanitation practices.
+Must be able to work as a team member as well as being a leader. Also, communication/leadership skills to maintain guidance to front of the house team as needed, leading daily shift meetings and also participating in weekly staff meetings.
+Strong communication skills.
+Strong management skills pertaining to food costs/labor costs. +Open to working split shifts and also A.M. and P.M. shifts. +Provide a CV, sample menu’s and 3 professional references.
+Compensation will be determined by experience and regulations of the Union Employment Standards of Spain
